Welcome to Team Coach. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Team Coach web application ("Service"). By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Important: Team Coach is intended for use by authorized staff and coaches only. By using this Service, you confirm that you are authorized to access and manage student information.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account and using Team Coach, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Eligibility and Authorization

To use Team Coach, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • Be an authorized staff member or coach with legitimate need to access student information
  • Have proper authorization from your organization to use this Service
  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials

3. Permitted Use

You may use Team Coach to:

  • Manage group-based trips, events, and team sports
  • Track student participation and progress
  • Record and access necessary medical and administrative notes
  • Generate reports and export data for legitimate purposes
  • Collaborate with other authorized users within your organization

4. Prohibited Activities

You agree NOT to:

  • Access or use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Share your account credentials with unauthorized individuals
  • Access student information without legitimate educational or administrative need
  • Share, sell, or misuse student data or personal information
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems
  • Introduce viruses, malware, or other malicious code
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service

5. Account Security

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your password
  • All activities that occur under your account

Team Coach, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by Team Coach and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not:

  • Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Service
  • Remove or alter any copyright or proprietary notices
  • Use our trademarks or branding without permission

8. Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable and consistent service, but we do not guarantee that:

  • The Service will be available at all times without interruption
  • The Service will be error-free or bug-free
  • Any defects will be corrected immediately

We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that temporarily affect service availability.

9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Team Coach from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:

  • Your misuse of the Service
  • Your violation of any rights of another party
  • Your unauthorized access to or use of student information

11. Privacy and Data Protection

13. Termination
